Dodgeball (Google) [r]: Web 2.0 location-based social network founded in 2000, acquired by Google in 2005. The service was ended in 2009; Google replaced it with Google Latitude, while the founders of the service have recreated many of Dodgeball's features with the startup Foursquare.
