I found a [http://dictionary.law.com/Default.aspx?selected=1358 definition for "nuisance" in a legal dictionary] (see also the second definition at [http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/nuisance dictionary.com]) that might be helpful: people do not have the right to interfere with another person's enjoyment of personal property or public space.  If we're careful, we can use that here.
