Just in case anyone is wondering, the list comes from slides & references I use, not from the WP article.  Note that the WP article is missing a fair number of the entries listed in this article.  I still need to look over and insert references for this.

We could still add Potiskum (sub of Saboya), the 3 subtypes of TBE (Centr. Europ., Far Eastern and Siberian), Louping ill (5 subtypes), Sokoluk (subtype of Entebbe bat), and Batu Cave (Dakar bat subtype).  I haven't decided yet on how deep to go.  [[User:David E.
