Ngo Dinh Thuc (-1984) was a brother of Ngo Dinh Diem, who became a Catholic priest, and, during Diem's government, was Archbishop of Hue. In later years, Thuc was excommunicated twice for consecrating bishops without Vatican permission. [1]
