To Approve?

I think that this article has a little way to go before approval; it's a very useful set of notes, but I think it would benefit from a little more in the way of explanatory text to link them. That's a quick response, will have to think about it more.Gareth Leng 12:56, 16 January 2009 (UTC)

For example, it's not clear to me from the article who is being taught or by whom - are you talking about teaching undergraduate medical students and/or about continuing professional education, and/or about professionals allied to medicine; in all cases, who does the teaching?
