Wikipedia has a similar article, titles "refinery"

I was the original creator of the WP article and the major contributor. That article was completely re-written and expanded as well, before uploading it here as a CZ article. I also believe the title "Refineries" is more appropriate for an article that discusses and explains different types of refineries (Petroleum, Natural gas, Sugar and Salt refineries.

It is my hope that others may also add a section on metals refinereies and oerhaps on vegetable oil refineries. Milton Beychok 06:45, 26 January 2009 (UTC)
