Technicalities
- Make sure that each action item has a dedicated subsubpage with descriptive title
- When moving a page through the process, change the name of the subpage, e.g. from CZ:Managing Editor/Community input/Biography on user page to CZ:Managing Editor/Pending decisions/Biography on user page, and always move talk pages and subpages along. This will keep the discussion of each action item in one coherent cluster throughout the process. Would work better with redirect fixing in place.
