The National Review is an American conservative publication founded in 1955 by William F. Buckley Jr.. The Media Bias Fact Check website, which provides an objective bias rating, describes the publication as

"moderately to strongly biased toward conservative causes through story selection and/or political affiliation. They may utilize strong loaded words (wording that attempts to influence an audience by using appeal to emotion or stereotypes), publish misleading reports and omit reporting of information that may damage conservative causes. Some sources in this category may be untrustworthy."[1]

The National Review is one of the most influential publications on the American right. There can be substantial content variation between the subscription publication and the free online website.
