Education: Bachelors of Business Administration, Masters of Business Administration, currently enrolled in a PhD program.

Brief history of myself: I began in the construction field while in high school, this beginning evolved into my getting into real estate, and, shortly thereafter, opened an office of my own. Over the next few years, I also started a construction company. This led me to my next career move; I currently am the project manager for a manufactured home company, with consulting services and project management services in both California and Nevada. Over the years, I was also a real estate instructor at a local community college, in real estate and construction. I am currently experienced in both real estate markets, mostly land development and commercial, and manufactured housing construction.
