Cueing [r]: A method by which the output of one or more sensors is used to aim the sensors of another information-gathering or weapons system. These range from helmet-mounted sights in which the pilot's head position aims the targeting sensor on a missile, to sensor fusion where electro-optical sensors aim radars or vice versa.
