Declaration of the United Nations

An international agreement signed on January 1, 1942, by the representatives of twenty-six nations then at war with the Axis powers. The treaty affirmed the principles of the Atlantic Charter and pledged each signatory to give their full resources to the war effort. Also each signatory pledged not to make a separate peace with any Axis power.
