Workgroup Ideas?

I've been an Author in this workgroup since the start, but so far have not seen any others -- I hope there will soon be some activity in this area. I will be tagging relevant articles from the list of live articles, and have worked on the entries for John Logie Baird and Television Station Paul Nipkow (early television and its broadcasts are a strong interest of mine). I also plan to prepare fresh articles on the Panorama and the Illustrated Press.

I'd like to see other entries in the area of Mass media, including Broadcasting, Film, and Electronic Media, both at the top and other levels.

I also am going to be an author in this group, once all the end-of-semester stuff stops, and assuming exec stuff doesn't take a large upward swing in needs (which it likely will) --ZachPruckowski 11:15, 1 December 2006 (CST)

I just added myself. I am a broadcasting tech, currently pursuing a BA and have been working in the industry for over 7 years. I would like to see broadcasting/video articles remain separate from film articles and have both evolve from a more traditional approach than of the seemingly "everything is NLE" of a certain other group encyclopedia project.....
