I scanned it myself on 4 April 2013.  It is to illustrate the subject of this Citizendium article in a way that words alone could not convey. It is believed that the use of low-resolution images of book covers to illustrate an article discussing the book in question qualifies as Fair Use under United States copyright law. Other use of this image, however, on Citizendium or elsewhere, might be considered copyright infringement.
