My name is Denis Cavanagh and I like contributing here when I'm at work. Who knows, when I'm back in College I might write the odd article here and there, but I wouldn't bank on it. I like seeing most of the red links here turn blue as Citizendium slowly develops :-)

I joined here sometime in July, 2007, heartwarmed by an attempt to create an encyclopedia more reliable and frankly better than wikipedia. Although personally I do belive Wikipedia and the Citizendium can complement each other nicely - Wikipedia for pop culture and trivia, Citizendium for more academic persuits.

I am in university in Dublin, Ireland, studying History.

==Articles I could really do with a hand in==

I have a right few articles running about the place, but these could do with help from somebody knowledgeable in the Field:

At some stage I would like to have these area's filled in (Some are already done) Its something of a personal project - an ambitious personal goal to reach within a long period of time - be it a year or ten years. Of course, others should create articles on these topics where they see fit :-)
