I am an independent consultant and free-lance trainer with masters degrees in computer science (Univ. of Tenn.) and in public sector management (Univ. on Penn.). I lectured for several years on computer architecture, software engineering and other topics in the [MCIT program] at the University of Pennsylvania. Before lecturing at Penn, I consulted on information-sharing software systems within pharmaceutical and insurance companies. My early career included several years’ experience developing telecommunications software and systems in AT&T and Lucent.
