You can test out editing in the sandbox if you'd like. If you need help to get going, the forums is one option. That's also where we discuss policy and proposals. Dear mr. Kolterman, Chris is the main instigator of the concept of clusters with subpages. He did not delete your appendix but moved it to a subpage named "addendum" in accordance with this philosophy.
