The tanker Thalassa Desgagnes is scheduled to be replaced with two natural gas fueled vessels.[1]
Groupe Desgagné is a Canadian shipping firm.[1] It operates a fleet of nineteen vessels. Its gross earnings in 2014 was around $ 230 million.
The television series High Arctic Haulers had filmmakers spend the shipping season on several of its freighters, while engaged on the annual sealift to remote Arctic communities.[2][3]
