I am a 67 year-old Emergency Physician, 38 years living and practicing in Boise ID. I hold a BA in History, Religion (minor in Literature)Graceland University; MA in Philosophy, 1968, University of Kansas; MD, 1971, University of Kansas Medical Center.

Board Certified in Family Practice (1978) and Emergency Medicine (1986, 1998), my interests are (informally) history and philosophy (formally) organization and delivery of medical care. Specific topics include: doctor-patient relations, medical-legal issues, medical care delivery cost management.

I have served on Boards of local and state medical societies, delegate to national AMA and American College of Emergency Medicine, been elected as president of hospital medical staff, and taught at medical care seminars around the country.

I can critique essays on medical care issues, am willing to prepare original statements on relevant topics and participate in discussions of current issues.
