I am editorial director at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. My formal education includes graduate-level degrees and study in English literature and creative writing. I also have graduated from the Kellogg general management program (KMI). In addition, I have studied Continental philosophy, psychology and art. I have been and remain a practising musician. For nearly 10 years, I was a freelance journalist writing for publications such as the New Times newspapers (art and music). My professional role at Northwestern requires me to study a variety of business and economics issues, from game theory to marketing and strategy. I have ghost written articles that have appeared in BusinessWeek and Financial Times and collaborate with our dean regularly on research monographs and other communications pieces for the school. Finally, I am completing a book-length 100-year history of the Kellogg School, to be published in 2008 by NU Press.
