My main interest in joining is participate in the writing and editing of articles relating to ice hockey, a sport in which I am heavily involved in here in Australia.

Other than high-school education, my institutional qualifications are a certificate in Business Computer Applications, and a Certificate IV in Training and Workplace Assessment. I have equivalent knowledge/experience of a Bachelor in Computer Science, being educated by Microsoft Corp’s internal training organisation amongst others. I have taught Diploma of Network Engineering through recognition of my equivalent knowledge. I currently work at a community college, where I’m IT Manager and IT course co-ordinator.

I have worked on articles at wikipedia as “rockfox”, you can see contributions in articles such as “Newcastle North Stars” the “AIHL”, and the “Goodall Cup” pages.

I write all articles and am webmaster for the North Stars team, at http://northstars.com.au I was editor-in-chief and primary contributor for the official AIHL website in 2006, unfortunately this site has been closed after a financial dispute between the league and the website operators.

My articles have been published over the past 5 years by the Star Newspaper, and occasionally by the Lake Macquarie News, and the Fairfax owned Newcastle Herald.

I have been editor of the official AIHL website for 2006 and 2007, and a the primary contributor of articles since 2005. I continue to send in articles to the current site, a subsite of IHNSW's page at http://www.nswicehockey.com.au
