I am a technology worker, having done system administration, network engineering, technical support and other IT/Technology related work since the early 1990's. My main professional expertise is in Network Engineering, especially working with routing protocols like OSPF and BGP, and also Layer 2/3 switching. I also have expert-level experience and skills in load balancing technologies and DNS. For fun, I enjoy sword fighting and fencing (Western and Japanese), rock climbing, and working on and riding motorcycles. I also collect swords and knives, art glass, and 20th century art from schools such as Cubism, Dadaism, Surrealism, etc. Lastly, I love to cook and especially to experiment, coming up with new dishes or modifying classic recipes.
