Robert Stinnett is an IT Analyst with a major automotive intelligence firm. One of my primary interests is in system automation and Business Service Management. Some of my work has included the design of a scalable, fault-taulerant, on-demand batch processing environment that reduces overall IT cost and hardware needs. I am an active member and program committee member of the Computer Measurement Group (www.cmg.org) where one of my main focuses is on performance under Windows-based systems.
