You can test out editing in the sandbox if you'd like. If you need help to get going, the forums is one option. That's also where we discuss policy and proposals. Hi everybody, I'm very glad to become so warmly welcomed! In disaccord with the faulty initial impression I believe this info-base is actually alive, vital and nothing like in the "moribund" state that the discussion on Wikipedia about Citizendium claims. We actually have a page CZ:Myths and Facts that may be of interest to you (and of course, feel free to add to it). I have commented on an offspring of the discussion you mentioned. And while I agree that it is good to have all conversations here in English by default, there is nothing wrong, in my view, with having fun by using Swedish (I can read it without major problems, by the way) or any other language on appropriate occasions. --Daniel Mietchen 00:30, 20 July 2010 (UTC)

modern.css?

Hi! I'm intrigued by the CSS files posted on your user page. I gather that they are used to change to font of the wiki, but how do you apply them? Fellow Swede Johan A. Förberg 13:37, 19 July 2010 (UTC)

(Pardon for not answering in Swedish, but I adher strictly to intelligibility for all citizendians). They're automatically applied to the skin that is used for the moment. I created monobook.css erroneously, but currently using the skin Modern, the file User:Tomas_Kindahl/modern.css as it is now, changes the default font to DejaVu serif a free font that is available for download from HERE. But you can specify any font of your liking, I think that times new roman is a suitable font on Windows - I'm running Linux, so I'm not quite sure. My reason for changing my font usage is of course my glasses and my eyes – I find seriffed fonts of a certain size much more easily readable than the ordinary sans serif. When you create your own .CSS file for the skin of your preference, just don't forget to refresh the cache of your web browser; for Mozilla Ctrl-Shift-R, for Internet Explorer Ctrl-F5, etc..
